Send us your RFQs and tender documents. We handle everything between “new RFQ” and “ready-to-issue purchase order”: OEM and vendor search, offer collection, compliance checking, document review and comparison tables. You remain the buyer and importer of record; we never resell or take supplier margin.

All plans include client-side only work, a written compliance checklist for every RFQ, structured storage of all offers and certificates, and a clear comparison sheet so your team can decide fast.

What exactly do I get when I submit an RFQ?

A vendor short-list, requested quotes, a spec/marking/doc check, and a compiled offer (pricing, lead time, terms). You can send it straight to your client or attach it to a bid.

Can you guarantee certificates (EN 10204, UL/NRTL, CE/ATEX, etc.)?

We collect and verify what OEMs/authorized sellers provide for the specific items quoted. If a certificate type is not available for that item, we flag it early and suggest alternatives.

How many vendor quotes do I get?


Lite: 1–2. Shield: 3–4. Full Bid: 5–7. If a market is tight, we show attempts and add alternates or equivalent brands.

Do you sell the equipment?

No. We source and verify through OEMs/authorized channels and hand you the quotes and paperwork. You place the PO with the seller of record you choose.

How fast is your turnaround?

Lite: 72 hours. Shield: 48 hours. Full Bid: 24–48 hours with two rush RFQs/month. Timing depends on vendor response speed; we chase daily.

Can you work with my preferred vendors?

Yes. Share your vendor list; we’ll add ours and run a combined outreach with clean tracking.
